Mother Nature’s Little Secret – Eat at Home – Feel Better

During a home renovation, I found myself eating at places that I have been avoiding like the plague. With no kitchen, I did take-outs and drive-throughs. Oh, I told myself it was just temporary, only a week. Well, a week stretched into two, then three, all the way to four. Those places may be fine for a special time or two, but not a steady diet. Did I say diet? That’s a joke. I gained about 30 pounds during this time.
Well, I know what to do. It’s back to the drawing board or in my case, the kitchen. Things are back to where I can use my kitchen again. Instead of craving sugar or bread, I craved the healthy, tasty food that I am enjoy cooking. Oh, roasted butternut squash, asparagus, or cauliflower, you are what I want now.
In just a short time, I lost about half of the weight that I had gained and felt better without the sugar added to the food in the take-out. The spices and herb blends I use flavor the food to my satisfaction. What a sense of satisfaction I felt when I brought out the cookware to make the foods my way, with a nod to Frank Sinatra.
I bought the kind of cookware that can go into an oven up to 400 degrees. It lets me try recipes that start on the stovetop and move to the oven. I swear it brings out the flavor like no other method. Why don’t you try it? I’ve got some cookware that can go in the oven as a part of my website. See for yourself how flavorful the meals can be with this versatile cookware.
Now I’m ready to lose the rest of the weight and feel my best without the sugar!
