      • I never thought I’d be off coca-cola! It took three weeks of effort with a great deal of motivation to get off. I wasn’t sure it was going to happen at one point, but it did. As far as hating vegetables, I didn’t think I liked them that much until a friend showed me how to make some delicious-tasting recipes. Now I watch the cooking shows for recipes that I can try. Seasoning seems to be the key. I bought a commercial blend of salt and other spices. What I started using is called Seasonello – Bologna Aromatic Herbal Salt. It’s a fancy name for salt with herbs in it. The flavors of the vegetables are enhanced by this combination. It has sea salt, rosemary, garlic, sage, and black pepper in it. The label states you get more flavor with less salt. I paid about $5.00 for a jar containing 10,58 oz. It lasts a long time. As far as not liking to walk by yourself, give it a second chance. The hardest part is the getting up and getting out the door. That part is all up to you. Try to set a goal you can reach at first. Then increase your goals as you have more energy. It’s amazing what a walk will do for you. The extra benefit is that after you walk, it continues to affect your mood and body. Don’t give up yet. The biggest helper is your motivation.

      • That one actually sundos vegan. I had some friends that are all vegetarian or vegan that always got ones like beef stew or something with meat in it whenever they looked.
